Bean FC

 Bean FC was originally called Bean United winning Division 1 back in 1964 and were one

  of the original clubs that started in the North Kent Sunday League.In 1971 they

  changed there name to Bean Youth Club winning the Cival Defence Trophy in 1972.

 Again due to sponsorship they changed there name to Colyers Arms in 1975 working

 there way through the Division to win the League and cup double in 1982 to become

  division 1 Champions the following year whilst winning several caps along the way.

 In 1984 they rivived there original name of Bean United moving through the leagues

  gaining some honours along the league and cup treble in 1987. In 1990 whilst still

 playing as Bean United although they did not complete the season,the second team

 broke away to form Black Horse Bean, only to change there name once more to Bean

 FC in 1995.During these years they played there way through the divisions of the Kent

  Surburban Football League winning a string of titles and honours.In 1993 a Saturday

  side was formed to feed the Sunday side playing successfully in the Gravesend

  football league.In 2002 Bean FC rejoined the North Kent Sunday Football League

  winning the league cup "A" and the second division.
